An elegant drink with a twist. Who would have ever thought of adding a piece of rib eye to a drink.
Wicked Boulevardier
11/2 oz Of Wicked Harvest
1oz Campari
1/2oz Punt e Mes sweet vermouth
1/2oz Dolin Rouge sweet vermouth
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir for 20 seconds.
Strain into a chilled champagne coupe.
Add as much grilled Rib eye as you like
